After 25 years in our home, it was passed time to remodel our Master Bath. We met with several flooring companies to discuss our ideas and options. From the beginning, Custom Floors did the most thorough job of discussing our goals and understanding what the job would take. Our sales associate, Scott, did an outstanding job of guiding us through the process and giving us valuable design and installation ideas. The installation team, led by Todd, was outstanding. They went over and above in terms of quality and attention to detail. The job was finished 2 weeks ago and the results exceeded our high expectations.
