  They have good prices for shoes, but I went for the free form running class and it was useless. The guy videotaped us running back and forth, said we were running wrong, then had no examples, videos, or demonstration to show how to run properly. Nothing. It was one of those situations where he most likely has natural, perfect form, but then he can't explain it or break it down for the layman. He didn't even run himself. At least give us something, like a video at least. Nope, just pointed out that we were running wrong, and should do better. They have good prices for shoes so can't completely fault them. But if a skinny, bearded, hipster-looking guy still works there and teaches the running class, get rid of him immediately.
